Update

We did not and do not see increased latency or error number regarding our Twilio integration, so we move the state of our components back to operational.

We are going to monitor the integration, and will update you later.

We are monitoring the effect of this incident and our services are not really affected. We do not see increased latency or higher than usual number of errors.

We will continue to monitor the incident and follow up if we get any information from Twilio.
